Watermelon Lemon Hydration Refresher

A bright, mineral‑rich, whole‑food electrolyte drink designed to hydrate and taste like summer.


Ingredients:


  • Fresh squeezed watermelon juice strained through a fine mesh sieve — 1½ cups


  • Fresh squeezed lemon juice strained through a fine mesh sieve — 1 cup


  • Cold filtered water — 1 quart


  • Raw honey — ¼ cup


  • Fresh mint leaves — 12 leaves, finely chopped


  • Mineral salt — ¼ teaspoon


  • Sparkling mineral water — to top off


Directions:


  • Combine juices — stir together the watermelon and lemon juice in a large pitcher.


  • Whisk in honey — mix until fully dissolved.


  • Add cold water — pour in the quart of water and stir well.


  • Stir in mint + salt — add chopped mint and mineral salt for flavor and electrolytes.


  • Chill — refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.


  • Finish with sparkling — serve over ice and top with sparkling mineral water for a refreshing fizz.
