Do you provide online consultations?
Yes, all wellness sessions are conducted online via a secure video platform. This format allows for flexible scheduling and the ability to work together from the comfort of your own home, wherever you are on your path.
What can I expect during our first session together?
The initial 90-minute consultation is a deep dive into your health history, current habits, and future goals. We explore your bio-individual needs and begin laying the grounding foundations for your personalized nutrition journey.
How do insurance and payments work?
Alma Vida Holistic Nutrition is a private‑pay practice and does not work with insurance. This allows for a fully personalized, education‑focused wellness experience without the limitations of insurance‑based models.
Payment is collected at the time of enrollment, either in full or through an approved payment plan. Some clients may be able to use HSA or FSA funds for nutrition‑related services; please check with your provider to confirm eligibility.
Invoices or documentation can be provided upon request for your personal records.
What is your policy for rescheduling or cancellation?
All program payments are non‑refundable once your program begins, as your enrollment reserves time, resources, and ongoing support for the full duration of your journey.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed appointments may incur a fee. Each client receives one grace pass per program for a late cancellation or last‑minute reschedule.
