Spring reignites the promise of summer and the ability to reconnect with nature. However, spring often means itchy eyes, congestion, tiredness, and a sluggish haze for many, prompting the urge to relax on the sofa and indulge in a Gilmore Girls marathon. Seasonal allergies are not just about the pollen that leaves a visible layer of bright yellow dust on your car; it is about how your whole system is functioning. There is an interplay among the immune system, stress levels, digestion, and the body’s ability to process what comes in.
